Because of the Dr’s repeated encouragement to use this consistently, I actually do— Ice bought lots of products over the years and quickly fade away from using them if they seem sort of hum-ho in the results department, but I have Quench an honest effort and now I don’t ever want to skip it— for me it lightens up my older skin and short of a facelift, with other consistent practices like never going outside without sunscreen, and no alcohol ever, and very low salt intake, my skin looks 20 years younger than its chronological age— I know this because in conversations people who are bold enough to “peg” my age (unasked to do so) always get it wrong by 20 years and I never correct them. I also use the entire Trifecta CONSISTENTLY and that is where you reap the rewards. This stuff is way more expensive than I normally buy, but it is quality, it shows very good results and I actually USE it, so I skimp on not buying expensive coffee drinks and I never drink alcohol because it trashes one’s skin.
