Every night (literally, every night), my wife Neda makes this exact salad.

Same bowl. Same ingredients. Same ritual. It’s not trending. It’s not a diet fad. It’s her commitment to taking care of herself in everything she does, from the inside out.

Her discipline is one of the most inspiring things I’ve ever witnessed. She eats clean. She moves her body daily. She never skips her skincare routine, morning or night. She’s been using the KaramMD Trifecta for over three years without missing a single day. Once she sees value in a habit, she commits. And when I say commit, I mean it’s locked into her lifestyle.

One of the most impressive parts of her routine recently went viral on social media when we shared her Crunchy Chopped Nightly Salad. She loves it, because not only is it delicious, but it supports her skin, energy, and overall health in a real, visible way.

Since many of you asked for the recipe, here’s exactly what’s in it, and all of the science-backed benefits behind these ingredients. It is a powerhouse of nutrients for anti-aging, not just for your skin, but for your entire body.

Neda’s Crunchy Chopped Salad

A skin-loving, health-boosting ritual for glowing results

This is not a flimsy, boring leafy salad. It’s crunchy, hearty, deeply satisfying meal, full of ingredients selected for their anti-aging and anti-inflammatory benefits. Neda preps most of the veggies in advance, because she knows she won’t want to chop after a long day.

That’s part of her secret: making consistency easy.

Here's how to make it at home--from the Karam kitchen to yours:

Ingredients & Benefits:

Pre-chopped veggies:

  • Carrots: Rich in beta-carotene, which your body converts to vitamin A. Helps protect and repair skin from UV damage, while also supporting eye health and detoxification.
  • Celery: High in water and antioxidants. Hydrates skin and supports digestion, reducing internal inflammation.
  • Bell pepper: Packed with vitamin C for bright, firm skin and collagen synthesis. Also helps fight oxidative stress.

Add-ins:

  • Spinach (a generous handful): Unlike a light leafy salad, this one includes finely chopped spinach as a hearty base. Full of folate, iron, and vitamins A and C to support skin cell turnover and immune health.
  • Broccoli sprouts: One of the most potent sources of sulforaphane, a compound that supports detox pathways and protects skin at the cellular level.
  • Half an avocado: Loaded with vitamin E and healthy fats that deeply nourish the skin barrier and promote elasticity.

Spoonful each of:

  • Pistachios: Contain biotin and essential fats to keep skin smooth and hydrated.
  • Sunflower seeds: Rich in vitamin E to combat free radicals.
  • Pumpkin seeds: Full of zinc, which supports skin repair and hormonal balance.

Dressing:

  • Pomegranate vinegar – A source of polyphenols and antioxidants that brighten skin and support metabolic health.
  • Extra virgin olive oil – Rich in omega-9s and anti-inflammatory compounds that support radiant skin and heart health.

Topping:

  • 30(ish) multiseed crackers: Served on top, crumbled crackers for fiber, texture, and trace minerals that support healthy skin and digestion. Neda uses a gluten-free seed cracker.

Meal Prep Tip: Pre-chop veggies ahead of time. Removing obstacles so your healthy habits are frictionless is a small trick that makes a big difference in long-term consistency.

This Salad Isn’t Just Food — It’s a Daily Act of Self-Respect

When you eat like this consistently, you don’t just feel better, you look better. Your skin reflects your internal health. And this salad is a real-world example of how nutrition plays a role in visible skin transformation.

It hydrates, fuels, and nourishes from within, supporting hormonal balance, digestion, collagen production, and inflammation reduction, so she feels her best every day. That shows up in her skin, her mood, and how she carries herself.

Neda’s been dedicated to her healthy habits for as long as I’ve known her, and nothing has changed. This consistency continues to pay off in every aspect of her life. With continuous skincare, her melasma has all but disappeared. She works out, so her energy is high. And her confidence glows just as much as her complexion.

Surgery can restore structure, but ultimately,  your lifestyle is what keeps you youthful. It’s not just about looking younger, it’s about living well, and feeling your best.

Her Consistency Inspired a Skincare Revolution

Years ago, I watched Neda go through a full 8–10 step skincare routine, and it worked for her. But I also knew the average person would never stick to something so complicated. Even I found it unsustainable.

That’s when the lightbulb went off.

I decided to take what I saw working for her, which were the essential, active ingredients, and distill it into something that actually fits into real life.

That’s how the KaramMD Trifecta was born:

  • Rinse: to cleanse, tone, and prep the skin barrier
  • Quench: a potent vitamin C serum for brightening and antioxidant protection
  • Illuminate: a complete anti-aging cream with retinol, niacinamide, peptides, and natural collagen support

It’s just three steps. It takes less than three minutes. And it’s more effective than her original 10-step program.

It took some convincing, but once Neda saw the results and how much time she saved, she made the switch. She’s now used Trifecta twice a day for over three years, without missing once. The same discipline that built her nightly salad ritual is what made this routine a permanent part of her life.

The Real Secret? Discipline + Simplicity

At the heart of Neda’s transformation, and the reason I share this story, is a simple truth:

Consistency is everything.

Whether it’s the food you eat, the products you put on your skin, or the way you move your body, what you do most of the time is what creates real change.

And that’s why Trifecta works.

It’s not just a product, it’s a lifestyle upgrade. It was designed to fit seamlessly into your life without requiring more time, energy, or complexity.

It’s effective because it’s simple.

Build Your Own Ritual

You don’t need to overhaul everything overnight. Start small.

Commit to one salad.

One 3-step skincare routine.

One act of self-care done consistently.

Neda’s glow didn’t happen from occasional effort, it happened from daily action. And you can do the same.
