Reset Your Routine to Get the Results You Deserve
As you clear out your home this spring, take the opportunity to declutter your skincare, too.
Toss expired products and let go of anything that hasn’t worked. Instead focus on what does work, like clinically proven ingredients that deliver visible results.
Keep products that include one or more of these high-performance ingredients:
- Retinol for smoothing texture and encouraging cell turnover
- Vitamin C for brightening and antioxidant protection
- Niacinamide to balance the skin and strengthen the barrier
- Peptides to stimulate collagen and improve skin firmness
- Hyaluronic Acid or Sodium Hyaluronate for deep, lasting hydration
- Lipids to support elasticity and barrier repair
Instead of stacking multiple single-ingredient products, opt for a comprehensive system that delivers these benefits fewer products. Choosing multitasking, well-formulated solutions not only saves time—it ensures your skin is getting everything it needs to stay healthy, youthful, and resilient.

Is it true that Niacinamide should not be used with C? I use C serum every morning under sunscreen that contains Niacinamide ( I can’t find one that doesn’t contain this ingredient). I recently read Niacinamide reduces the effectiveness of Vitamin C.

Hi Lis—Thanks for your comment! Great question—this is a common concern! The idea that niacinamide shouldn’t be used with Vitamin C comes from older studies using outdated forms of the ingredients at very high temperatures. More recent research and clinical use have shown that they’re actually safe and effective when used together. In fact, many formulations (including sunscreens like yours) intentionally pair Vitamin C and niacinamide because they can complement each other—Vitamin C brightens and supports collagen production, while niacinamide helps calm the skin, support the barrier, and reduce inflammation. So no worries—your current routine sounds like a solid one!

Dear Doctor,
I trust your recommendations;
I want to use Trifecta, I appreciate the offer, but…it is too expensive for me, yet.
I well remain your devoted fan.
