After years of watching patients struggle with complicated routines and chase results through procedures, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I created the KaramMD Trifecta—a comprehensive, clinically backed skincare system that simplifies your routine without sacrificing results.
It’s as easy as washing your face, applying two pumps of serum, and finishing with three pumps of cream. In under five minutes, morning and night, you’re delivering 24-hour benefits to your skin—every single day. And because the system is easy to follow, you’re more likely to stick with it. The more consistent you are, the better your results become over time.
People often ask if Trifecta is worth the cost, especially when comparing it to standard over-the-counter products or the price tag of laser treatments. The truth is, if you’re going to do one thing for your skin, this is the smartest investment you can make.
The best part? Trifecta is clinically tested to deliver visible results in as little as 30 days, with transformative results in 90 days. Patients in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s and beyond, have all report brighter, firmer, healthier-looking skin—with no downtime, no appointments, and no added steps.
This isn’t just a skincare system—it’s your daily, long-term strategy for younger-looking skin. And because it works every day, twice a day, the results keep building. That’s something no laser can match.

Hi Dr Amir, Greetings from Melbourne, Australia. I watch your channel regularly and value all that you state. What is your opinion on collagen building injections and is it beneficial for the long term affect. Can you suggest any. My skincare routine is simple and applied daily as I work a 12 hour rotating roster. I recently started noticing fine lines around my mouth and drooping upper eyelids (looking very tied).
I am 65 years old, never needed or had anything done. What do you suggest. Would greatly appreciate your input. Many thanks in advance. Paula

Hi Paula—Thanks for your comment! For Dr.Karam’s opinion on collagen-building injections, like Sculptra we suggest you watch this video he made on the topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQ3d1Ru2DRs. In general, these treatments are not a replacement for a consistent, comprehensive skincare routine. We don’t typically recommend these kinds of injections for volume loss, but in some cases, a little can go a long way when used carefully to stimulate collagen without overfilling.

Does the trifecta have sunscreen.

Hi Cynthia—Thanks for your comment! SPF will most likely never be added to the Trifecta for several reasons. Adding SPF to an anti-aging cream like Illuminate can affect the product’s texture, reduce the stability of the many active ingredients, and limit its use to daytime. Illuminate is meant to be used day and night so it wouldn’t really make sense to include sun protection. Sunscreen also requires frequent reapplication, which doesn’t align with how Illuminate is used only twice daily. By leaving SPF out, we can offer more flexibility, allowing our clients to pair the cream with a sunscreen that suits their specific needs while ensuring optimal performance of the active ingredients.

Thank you. I am learning so much through your website. I am very late to the game but have starting using vitamin C in the morning and Tretenoin at night after washing my face with Kiels face wash. I use Cera Ve tinted 30 sunscreen and am saving to afford your Trifecta. I trust your common sense and expertise. Cheers from the East Coast.
