Why Regular Exfoliation Is Key to Younger-Looking Skin
As we age, cell turnover slows down, leading to a buildup of dry, dead skin that results in a dull, rough complexion. This buildup not only affects skin texture and brightness, but also creates a barrier that prevents skincare products from working at their full potential.
Polish was formulated as an enhancement product to boost the results of Trifecta. By gently removing the top layer of dead skin, this bonus step maximizes product absorption, allowing active ingredients to work more effectively to hydrate, repair, and rejuvenate your skin at a deeper level, enhancing both short-term radiance and long-term skin health.
Incorporating Polish into your weekly routine not only improves ingredient absorption but also refines skin texture, amplifies luminosity, and accelerates cellular turnover for a clearer, more vibrant complexion—leaving your skin visibly smoother, brighter, and youthful.

Hi, I use the trifecta and have started to using polish but if I was to buy 1 product out of the polish & enrich which would be more beneficial? As I already use the cosmelan 2 in the evening. I am leaning towards enrich to use on the nights I won’t use cosmelan 2 on.

Hi Fehreen—Thank you for your comment. It’s great to hear the Trifecta and Polish are working well for you. Between Polish and Enrich, it really comes down to what you’d like to prioritize on the nights you’re not using Cosmelan 2. Polish is an enzymatic exfoliator, using fruit enzymes like Papain and Bromelain along with Rice, Coconut Milk, Bamboo, and Matcha powders to gently buff away dull, rough skin cells, plus Vitamin C and Azelaic Acid for a brightening boost, it’s great for renewing texture and keeping your anti-aging routine working at its best. Enrich, on the other hand, is a soothing balm designed to deeply moisturize, prevent dehydration, and lock in the rest of your routine, using plant oils, Astaxanthin, and Bakuchiol (a retinol-like ingredient) to hydrate, soothe, and improve tone. Given that you’re already using Polish and looking for something for your non-Cosmelan nights, Enrich could be a great fit — since Cosmelan 2 can be more active/potentially drying, having a nourishing, barrier-supporting product like Enrich on your off nights can help keep your skin balanced and hydrated. That said, if you feel your skin still needs more consistent exfoliation and radiance, Polish would continue to serve that purpose well.

Dr Karam,
How often should I use Polish? Once a week? Every day?
Thank you!

Hi Victoria—Thanks for your comment! We recommend using Polish about 2–3 times per week to start. This allows your skin to adjust to the exfoliation without overdoing it. As your skin builds tolerance, you can gradually increase the frequency or duration based on how your skin responds. ✨
