Collagen banking is a strategic, science-backed approach to maintaining and restoring the foundation of youthful skin.
Whether your goal is to prevent early signs of aging or rebuild what has slowed down with time, the most powerful tools are consistency, simplicity, and science.
The Trifecta skincare system was created to deliver just that: a straightforward, clinically formulated routine that includes all the essential active ingredients—Retinol, Peptides, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and more—to stimulate your body’s natural collagen production at the source.
By choosing Trifecta, you’re not just applying skincare—you’re making a long-term investment in your skin’s health, strength, and future.
When you pair your routine with a collagen-supportive lifestyle, rich in nutrients like zinc, vitamin C, and copper, along with daily sun protection, quality sleep, and strategic treatments, you create the ideal environment for your skin to stay firm, smooth, and radiant.
Whether you’re just starting your skincare journey or refining a long-term routine, remember:
- Active skincare is your daily deposit
- Nutrition and lifestyle are your payoffs
- Consistency is your compounding interest

What is your position on Scluptra? Is that really effective at helping to restore collagen and bone loss? I am 65, I use your Trifecta. I live in high altitude. I employ the tips you have listed with diet, lifestyle, micro needling, skin care, and Morpheus treatments. I get Dysport treatments every few months in certain areas. My ethnic background is English and Irish. Thank you

Hi Kathy—Thanks for your comment! It sounds like you’re doing an incredible job supporting your skin from all angles—skincare, lifestyle, and advanced treatments. 👏 As for Sculptra, I suggest you check out the youtube video Dr. Karam made on the topic which goes into detail on his thoughts regarding that treatment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQ3d1Ru2DRs

Thank you Dr. Karam. My girlfriends and me really appreciate your time , effort and skill. Putting together a learning curve of all skin related information. You write in a manner that is easily understood and logical as well. Since you said that you
and your wife have a sauna that you can throw water on in your home. I would like
you to discuss the benefits of sauna and steam baths. I think it is beneficial as your skin is your largest organ. One must protect and preserve it and try to kick it up a notch. Sauna will greatly continue to do this. Also I am a firm believer in the European use of unfiltered and uncooked honey incorporated into the use on the
facial skin. It also increases the luminesces of the skin as well.
Bravo on your article in ELLE magazine Way to go………………….

Hi Masha—Thanks for your comment! It truly means a lot to know that you and your girlfriends are finding value in the information we share—it’s our goal to make skincare both approachable and empowering. You’re absolutely right: the skin is our largest organ, and practices like sauna and steam baths can offer real benefits when used thoughtfully. They help increase circulation, promote detoxification through sweat, and can even enhance product absorption post-treatment. And we love that you mentioned raw, unfiltered honey—its natural antibacterial and humectant properties make it a beautiful (and time-tested) addition to a skincare routine. Thank you again for your thoughtful insight and for the shout-out on the ELLE article—so appreciated! Keep glowing!
