I’ve been using the system for a little over a year now. It’s Quick and simple which makes consistency so easy! The results are quite noticeable within a short time and continue to improve. One of my favorite results is a slight tightening effect which I didn’t expect. It’s never harsh like Retin A but my skin just looks hydrated and healthy. The customer service is also just as impressive.

I’ve been using Rinse for about 3 months now along with the rest of the TriFecta and am very dry please with the results. Although I’m washing my face, there’s no residue and I’m able to rinse clean in only a couple of splashes. KaramMD Rinse is a daily cleanser designed to remove everyday dirt, oil, makeup, and sunscreen while helping preserve skin’s moisture. It is the first step of Trifecta and can also be used as the cleanser in another skincare routine.
Why does cleanser choice matter for aging skin?
A cleanser should remove impurities without leaving skin uncomfortably tight or dry. Maintaining moisture is particularly useful when your routine includes retinol or exfoliation. Rinse was developed to cleanse skin and prepare it for the products that follow.
Is Rinse suitable for dry or sensitive skin?
Rinse was formulated to cleanse without stripping skin’s natural moisture and may suit people with dry or sensitive skin. Individual reactions vary. Check the full ingredient list for known sensitivities and stop use if irritation develops.
Does Rinse remove makeup and sunscreen?
Rinse is designed to remove everyday makeup, sunscreen, oil, and impurities. Heavy or waterproof makeup may need a separate remover first. Cleanse gently and rinse thoroughly, following the product label for use near the eyes.
Do I need to double cleanse with Rinse?
A single cleanse may be enough for everyday use. If you wear heavy or waterproof makeup or have residue after cleansing, use a suitable makeup remover first, then Rinse. Avoid repeated or aggressive cleansing that leaves skin feeling dry or irritated.
How often should I use Rinse?
KaramMD recommends Rinse morning and evening. Massage gently onto damp skin, rinse thoroughly, and continue with your routine. When using Trifecta, follow Rinse with Quench and Illuminate. Adjust cleansing habits with your dermatologist if your skin becomes dry or irritated.
Can I use Rinse without the complete Trifecta?
Yes. Rinse can be used as your daily cleanser with other skincare products. It is also the cleansing step in Trifecta, where it is followed by Quench and Illuminate. Finish your morning routine with sunscreen.
