Superfood Smoothie
This smoothie is creamy, tasty and will keep you satisfied and energized. You could enjoy it as a light breakfast or mid-day snack when you need extra go-power for whatever you have on deck that day.
Ingredients + Benefits:
- Coconut Milk: Both coconut milk (or sub almond milk) is high in Vitamin E, which protects the skin against environmental stressors that contribute to dull skin and premature aging.
- Old-fashioned Rolled Oats: Oats are a wonderful source of soluble fiber and contain other plant compounds and minerals like zinc and selenium that are key to immunity.
- Pineapple: Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that aids in digestion and reduces inflammation in the digestive tract.
- Spinach: Spinach is rich in antioxidants including Vitamins A and C. Spinach also contains fiber, folate, and Vitamin E which support the skin’s natural barrier function.
- Raspberries: Raspberries are high in fiber and Vitamin C. They also contain manganese, an essential trace mineral that is necessary for collagen production and skin repair.
- Mango: Packed with fiber and Vitamin C, which is key for collagen synthesis and helps protect the skin from free radical damage.

I have been using Clinique City Block for years but decided to try your UV Physical. I love it and now want to try your UV Sheer. I also wanted to ask you what percent of niacinamide is in your Illuminate. Using the Quench but haven’t tried the others

Hi Wanda—Thanks for your comment! We’re so glad to hear you’re loving the UV Physical and excited to try more! 😊 As for Illuminate, it contains over 20 active ingredients that work synergistically, so assigning a single percentage would be misleading. It’s not an apples-to-apples comparison to other products, but rest assured, it’s formulated for maximum effectiveness and gentle daily use. Thanks for your support! 💛

Hi there… can you suggest a more berry version recipe for a smoothie? I adore avocados, spinach, and the rest however, drinking them sounds disgusting to me. 🤢What can I use in their place?
Thanks so much

Hi Carrie—Thanks for your comment! If a green smoothie isn’t your thing, you can absolutely go for a more berry-forward version. Try using a mix of frozen berries (like blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries), Greek or plant-based yogurt for creaminess, and chia or flaxseeds in place of avocado. Blend with unsweetened almond milk or coconut water for a refreshing, skin-loving smoothie that still packs a nutritional punch!

I’ve followed you for a long time.
I know you are used to very wealthy patients, but I am not one of them.
I wish you could have a decent sale once in awhile. $300 per month? Really? Come on. A recession is waiting in the wings and it now costs $100 just to get my oil changed in my 2007 Buick.
Only the Oligarchs can look good now?

Hi Jana—Thanks for your comment! While our goal is to create products with the highest quality ingredients and clinically proven results, we also recognize the importance of accessibility. We do our best to offer value through bundled savings, lasting results, and occasional promotions. An effective skincare system is complex and often requires multiple products. The Trifecta was designed to simplify that process by combining those components into one streamlined system, which actually makes it two to four times more affordable than purchasing each ingredient or product separately.
