How to Make Dr. Karam's Go-To Green Smoothie
01. Add all ingredients to a blender.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 large chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 big spoonful of Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 small handful of spinach
- 1 small handful of chard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups frozen organic blueberries

- Pro Tip:If you prefer a thicker texture, add some ice or extra frozen fruit.
03. Pour into a glass
- Optional: Add chia seeds to keep you fuller, longer--with added omegas and antioxidants.
