Every night (literally, every night), my wife Neda makes this exact salad.
Same bowl. Same ingredients. Same ritual. It’s not trending. It’s not a diet fad. It’s her commitment to taking care of herself in everything she does, from the inside out.
Her discipline is one of the most inspiring things I’ve ever witnessed. She eats clean. She moves her body daily. She never skips her skincare routine, morning or night. She’s been using the KaramMD Trifecta for over three years without missing a single day. Once she sees value in a habit, she commits. And when I say commit, I mean it’s locked into her lifestyle.
One of the most impressive parts of her routine recently went viral on social media when we shared her Crunchy Chopped Nightly Salad. She loves it, because not only is it delicious, but it supports her skin, energy, and overall health in a real, visible way.
Since many of you asked for the recipe, here’s exactly what’s in it, and all of the science-backed benefits behind these ingredients. It is a powerhouse of nutrients for anti-aging, not just for your skin, but for your entire body.

Hi Dr. Karmam,
Can you please tell me the name brand of the crackers Neda puts in her salad. Thank you so much for all of your help and advice. It’s so good to have a doctor who really cares about helping others. I love your trifecta skincare. I have only been on it since November and I am seeing some results with my skin. Thank you again

Hi Janet—Thanks for your comment! We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the recipes and that you’ve been seeing positive results with your Trifecta skincare routine. The crackers Neda adds to her salad are Trader Joe’s Multiseed with Tamari Soy Sauce Rice Crackers. They’re small, crunchy rice crackers made with ingredients like rice flour, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and tamari soy sauce, which gives them a savory flavor and great texture in salads. 😉

I wrote earlier about your wife’s morning routine but never received a reply. To
my calculation she doesn’t finish until 10:30 or more AM. By this time most women are at work almost 2 hours or more. There is also no mention of how she deals with your children. I know you must have ample servants but most women don’t. I personally, as a dentist’s wife who is a professional
in the court, only have cleaning help for one day week for four hours. I consider myself fortunate at that. Can you or your wife tweak the routine for us working women? Thank you.

Hi Barbara—Thanks for your comment! Neda’s morning routine is indeed longer on days she can dedicate to it, and she adjusts based on her schedule and family responsibilities. For working women with limited time, the key is to focus on the most essential steps first. A nourishing breakfast and a brief moment of self-care, can make a meaningful difference. Neda’s results came from daily consistency, and you can create your own version in a way that works for your life.

I would like to incorporate the chia drink into my daily routine. May I have the recipe?

KaramMD Skin replied:
Hi Linda—Thanks for your comment! The Chia Drink recipe is super simple! It’s just 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of grapefruit juice. Let the chia seeds soak in the mixture for about 15 minutes so they can expand and create that hydrating, gel-like texture. You can adjust the juice-to-water ratio depending on how strong or light you like the flavor. It’s refreshing, nourishing, and great for digestion!

Hi! I’m using g the Trifecta and loving it so far.
I have bunny skin across my chin and I to the jawline.
I think some of it from filler and who knows what else.
What would be the best procedure or method to help eliminate this?
THANK YOU
