Achieving beautiful, radiant skin is easy if you have the right skincare products. In the world of skin care, figuring out which products are the right ones can be difficult–there are so many options, and many of them are complicated, requiring so many steps it’s almost impossible to be consistent on a daily basis.

I designed Trifecta to be incredibly effective but also easy to use.

Trifecta is a three-step skincare system specifically designed to deliver maximum results with minimal steps, allowing you to maintain consistency in your skincare routine. Each step works synergistically, building on the last step and working together to address all the essential needs of your skin. Trifecta provides comprehensive care in just a few minutes every morning and evening.

Trifecta: Easy as 1 - 2 - 3

This effortless three-step routine simplifies skincare without sacrificing effectiveness. In just minutes each day, you’re laying the foundation for a glowing, youthful complexion that will last. If you want to be a Trifecta expert, here is your step-by-step guide to get the most out of your routine.

01.
Rinse Daily Cleanser

Rinse is the foundation of the Trifecta system and your first step to healthier skin. This award-winning, gentle cleanser is formulated to purify without stripping the skin of essential moisture. With a hydrating blend of ingredients like Aloe, Apple Amino Acids, Arnica, and Broccoli seed oil, Rinse not only removes makeup, impurities, and excess oils but also soothes and hydrates your skin.

Rinse effectively prepares your skin for better absorption of the active ingredients in Quench and Illuminate. With antioxidants that prevent UV damage and supporting cell regeneration, Rinse sets the stage for smoother, healthier, more radiant skin.

How to Use Rinse

  • Use both morning and evening.
  • Massage onto a damp face in circular motions.
  • This is a non-foaming cleanser - do not expect suds.
  • Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  • Repeat if necessary to remove stubborn makeup or SPF.
  • Pat excess water with a clean towel.
  • Leave it slightly damp for the next step.

02.
Quench Vitamin C Serum

Quench is a deeply hydrating serum designed to brighten and protect the skin while minimizing fine lines and signs of aging. Powered by potent antioxidants, including Vitamin C, and humectants like Sodium Hyaluronate, Quench boosts collagen production and fights oxidative stress, helping to reduce the signs of skin aging.

This serum penetrates deeply to support skin health at a cellular level, preventing collagen breakdown and enhancing the skin’s elasticity for a smoother, plumper complexion.

How to Use Quench

  • Apply two pumps of Quench to damp skin.
  • Cover your entire face, gently including the eye area.
  • Use excess on your neck, chest, and hands.
  • Quench will absorb quickly, but there is no need for it to fully dry before moving to the next step.

    03.
    Illuminate Anti-Aging Cream

Illuminate is a powerful all-in-one anti-aging cream designed to deliver anti-aging benefits that work on a deep level to restore and rejuvenate your skin. This multi-tasking product improves skin elasticity, boosts cell turnover, and stimulates collagen production, providing both immediate hydration and long-lasting anti-aging effects.

The star ingredients include Retinol, which accelerates cell renewal and smooths fine lines; Peptides, which stimulate collagen production to improve skin firmness and elasticity; and Hyaluronic acid, which provides deep hydration and plumping. Antioxidants like Vitamin C and Niacinamide help protect the skin from environmental damage while brightening and evening out skin tone. Illuminate firms the skin and provides a luminous, youthful glow, making it a versatile product that can be used alone or as the final step in the Trifecta routine.

    How to Use Illuminate

    • Apply with three pumps of Illuminate following Quench.

    • Cover your entire face, patting around the eye area including the eyelids.
    • Work any extra product to your neck, chest, and hands.
    • As the final step in Trifecta, let it absorb fully before applying other products.

      What About Polish?

Polish is an enzymatic exfoliator, meaning rather than using abrasive particles that can create micro-tears in your skin, it uses natural fruit enzymes, like Bromelian (from pineapple) and Papain (papaya) to dissolve the bond between dead skin cells, loosening that top layer of dry skin cells to reveal your fresh skin below.

The exfoliator itself is made from ultra fine powders: a blend of natural ingredients like rice, bamboo, coconut milk, and matcha, that are designed to gently buff and polish away the top layer that has been broken down for removal by the enzymes.

Polish also has powerful active ingredients like Vitamin C and Azelaic Acid that help to brighten your skin, removing dark spots and pigmentation, and stimulate collagen production to fight fine lines and wrinkles.

This at-home exfoliator is unique because it starts as a powder, is then water-activated, and forms into a smooth paste that can be applied like a mask.

      How to Use Polish: Step-By-Step

      1. Rinse off your cleanser, leaving your face slightly damp.
      2. Sprinkle a small amount of Polish into the palm of your hand.
      3. Activate the Polish powder with a small amount of water.
      4. Use the other hand to mix into a paste that can be used like a mask.
      5. Apply the mask to your face forming a thin, even layer.
      6. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, or until dry (if using it in the shower, it does not need to dry). Relax, sip some coffee, or finishing washing your hair while you wait.
      7. If you feel any stinging that is a sign of a disturbed skin barrier, so remove right away and adjust your time next time to be slightly shorter.
      8. Rinse with warm water removing all of the product.
      9. Remove excess water with a clean towel, leaving slightly damp.
      10. Now, complete your Trifecta routine with Quench and Illuminate.

I recommend using Polish to exfoliate regularly, about 2-3 times a week.

By clearing away the top layer of dead skin, Polish enhances product absorption, ensuring you get the most out of the active ingredients in the rest of your routine. It will also promote long-term hydration and a contribute to a smooth, glowing complexion.

While Polish is unique in its formula and may seem intimidating at first with how much to use, how much water to add, or how long to leave it on, you will eventually find the sweet spot that works best for your skin.

Adding Polish to your Trifecta routine allows you to instantly achieve a fresh-faced, radiant appearance, with smoother, softer skin, and a brighter, more supple glow.
