I love this product - it has definitely improved my skin tone. The problem is the bottle and pump. The bottle is large, but there's no way to see how much product is left. When it stopped pumping out product, it seemed too soon for it to run out. I wasn't sure if it had really run out or if the pump stopped working (some reviews mention problems with the pump). I ended up throwing the bottle away, but I am still wondering if it really was empty. The packaging needs to be improved. Vitamin C should be stored in a dark container, but there are alternatives to the current bottle out there.

We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging as these are valuable insights that help us understand how our products perform in real-world use. We recognize that being unable to see the remaining product level can create uncertainty but we did carefully select our current packaging based on the best available options and with the intent of maintaining the quality of the product while also allowing ease of use for our customers. The truth is that there is no absolute perfect packaging and we spent so much time and put so much thought into choosing the best option for our products. As with our formulas, we never cut corners or do anything without careful consideration.
That being said, we understand how frustrating it must have been to question whether the product was truly empty or if there was a pump issue. If you are a frequent user, it can be helpful to know how long the product usually lasts and if there was any variation in that. The Quench should last 30-45 days maximum if used twice daily as recommended. Once you get into a rhythm with your routine, it becomes easier to know when your product usually runs out given your specific usage habits.
