The amount of skincare products out there can be overwhelming: cleansers, serums, oils, moisturizers, creams, face masks, toners… if you have a bathroom full of these products, trust me, you’re not alone.
But, too many skincare products don’t just fill up your space; they can also make keeping up with a consistent routine far more difficult.
The truth is, you don’t actually need a lot of fancy skincare products to achieve beautiful, bright, glowing skin.
If you have the right products and use your skincare routine consistently, every single day, you can skip the expensive eye creams and fussy details.
In fact, it’s far more important to have skincare products that are simple and easy to use than it is to have a ton of products available, especially if you have so many you can’t keep up.
When it comes to choosing those products, if you don’t have the vital ingredients needed healthy skin, it doesn’t matter how many products you have in your skincare routine—you aren’t going to see the results you’re hoping for.
So, which skincare products do you really need, and which ones can you skip?
Here’s my opinion:
Skincare Products You Don’t Need
Simplify your skincare routine and focus on what truly matters. Not all skincare products are necessary for achieving healthy skin; in fact, some might be setting you back without you realizing.
Here’s a list of items you can skip without compromising your routine, and why you don’t need them.

Do prescription NAD+ and prescription DMAE gels both used topically really help? I’ve got a friend who swears by these and gets them from an online MD. I trust you and have learned so much watching your videos. I haven’t found anything yet that you have said about these products.
